Beni.ai, including its website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), is managed by MyBeni OÜ (hereinafter, “MyBeni”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. MyBeni may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
These Terms apply to all users globally, unless local law provides for specific protections, in which case the applicable local law shall prevail.Key Definitions
Platform: The MyBeni website, mobile application, and all associated services.
User: Any person accessing or using the Platform, whether free or Premium.
Contributor: Users who provide data, reviews, or other content to the Platform’s database.
Premium User: Users who subscribe to MyBeni’s paid services.
Database: The collection of information, data, and analytics maintained by MyBeni, including food, lifestyle, or wellness products.
Service(s): All features provided by MyBeni, including product analysis, wellness recommendations, and educational content.
MyBeni’s Purpose and Independence
3.1 Purpose and Mission
MyBeni’s mission is to empower users to make informed choices about their health, nutrition, and wellness by providing clear, science-backed insights about products and habits. Our aim is to promote transparency, awareness, and healthier living practices.
3.2 Independence
MyBeni operates independently and does not accept payments or sponsorships from product manufacturers to influence content or recommendations. The Platform does not display third-party advertisements, and all analytics and ratings are impartial.How MyBeni Works
The MyBeni database is built from:
Open Public databases;
Publicly available product information;
Verified brand-provided data.
MyBeni strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. Users should always verify product information directly on packaging.4.2 Analysis and Ratings
Products are rated using a combination of nutrition, wellness, and environmental criteria. Scores are intended to provide guidance only and do not constitute medical advice or guarantee health improvements.4.3 Recommendations
MyBeni may suggest alternatives to products with lower scores. Recommendations are unbiased and based solely on product category, availability, and score.
4.4 Premium Features
Premium Users gain access to features such as:Offline access to product information;
Advanced search and filtering;
Personalized dietary or wellness preferences.
User Accounts
5.1 Account Creation
Users must provide accurate information when registering and may only maintain one account unless authorized. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
5.2 Account Termination
MyBeni may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods. Users may also close their own accounts at any time by emailing admin@mybeni.ai.6. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content;
Compromise Platform security;
Use the Platform for commercial purposes without permission;
Infringe on intellectual property rights of MyBeni or third parties.
Contributors granting content rights to MyBeni acknowledge that MyBeni may use, publish, and distribute contributions globally, including for commercial purposes.
MyBeni provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
MyBeni is not liable for:
Losses resulting from use of the Platform;
Unavailability due to technical failures, network issues, or maintenance;
External links or resources accessed through the Platform.
Premium Users’ subscriptions are digital content services; MyBeni does not provide refunds except as required by local consumer law
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, software, algorithms, and design elements on the Platform are owned by MyBeni or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Premium Subscriptions
9.1 Purchase and Payment
Premium subscriptions are available via the Platform and authorized payment providers. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment methods are securely processed through the chosen platform.
9.2 Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Users may cancel at any time but retain access until the end of the subscription period.
9.3 Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital content, Premium subscription purchases are exempt from cancellation rights once the service is fully delivered.
Legal Provisions
10.1 Modification of Terms
MyBeni may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
10.2 Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
10.3 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Users may be entitled to stronger protections under their local consumer laws, which shall take precedence where applicable.
10.4 Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be attempted to resolve amicably by contacting admin@mybeni.ai. If unresolved, mediation or legal proceedings may follow under applicable jurisdiction.
